PRICING
The chalet is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. A 30% deposit is required to confirm rental. The balance is required 30 days before your arrival. A security deposit of $ 500 is requested and will be refunded at the end of the rental if no damage has been committed. The person responsible for the rental must be at least 25 years old.

Cancellation policy
If the cancellation notice is received more than 60 days before the start date of the stay, any amount paid will be refunded
If the cancellation notice is received between 30 and 60 days before the start date of the stay, the 30% deposit will be refunded
If the cancellation notice is received less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the total rental amount is payable
If the owner is able to re-let, an amount will be refunded in relation to the re-let period
